Conejo Valley Warbird Group
In the Summer of 2013 the members of the Conejo Valley Flyers located in Newbury Park, California started it's own Warbird Squadron design for R/C pilots who enjoy flying "Scale" Warbirds of all sizes, types and makes. The CVF Warbird Air Group was born. The main aircraft for "The Group" started with the Grumman F6F Hellcat (From 2013-2016), Grumman F8F Bearcats (from 2016-2017) but in 2018 the Air Group transition to the Lockheed P-38 Lightning. But of course the CVF Warbirds will fly other warbirds as well. The group will honor the aircrews of the 475th Fighter Group "Satan's Angels".

In 2018 CVF Warbird Groups started the Rhino Tactical Demo Team flying the FMS EDF F/A-18F Super Hornet (Rhino) and F-16 Fighting Falcon (Viper).

Second to set a standard in safe R/C standards and following the rules set by the AMA and CVF and third is to have fun flying scale R/C Military Warbirds from World War I to Current Military Fighters, Attack, Bombers, Trainers and Transport aircraft.
